@MrsAmber: Aren't they pretty? I don't think I exposed this one very well, but I still think they're gorgeous in spite of the photographer.

@Earnest: Do you have that nasty clay soil? I had a terrible time growing things here, till I broke up the clay and added some things to loosen it up and add mineral content. I hope to someday live in a place without clay, where houses have basements!!!

@Earnest: You're out near Keystone, right? Yes, I guess it would be sandy, then. So true about the weather. If it isn't yanked up or drowned by a storm, it's frozen or baked. I miss the frozen part, myself.
