Nerds enter here

This sign has always made me laugh. It hangs over the entrance to a building within the huge complex of engineering buildings, laboratories and scale models where my husband works. Yes, he's a nerd. I have a thing for nerdy guys.

@jamesy: Oh, no, hubby absolutely loves what he does. Don't feel sorry for him! He's got three degrees in engineering and almost finished another in computer science. He's Super Nerd.

@Earnest: Yes, he can definitely converse in scientific or mathematical gibberish. Are you an engineer, too? You should have seen hubby's dissertation. Ohmygosh. It was mostly equations. I had to proofread the written portions about a million times and I just skipped right over the math.
