Need help from the bird experts

Another visitor, this time in the backyard. Actually, I can't remember the type of tree, either, but the bird problem is that I've misplaced all three of my bird identification guides. How can anyone lose three books?

I cannot help you concerning the identification of this bird, but I like the moment of the shot and finds his position interesting and very instructive. The composition of the photograph is very pleasant and makes the image harmonious Bravo ;)
