Smells like Christmas is over

My crazy cat stuck her head right in the middle of the undecorated Christmas tree and sniffed and sniffed until I was sure she was going to come out looking like a porcupine, with a nose full of pine needles. I love cats.

The exposure on this one was rough! Either the cat was too dark and the pin needles too light or vice-versa. Also, the fool hand-held, again. Someone come knock some sense into me.

Apologies for the lack of visits and replies. I have been a little bit overwhelmed, this week, with the kiddo's wisdom-tooth removal (he had all 4 removed and 2 were impacted). He's doing better, now, but he didn't handle it well and needed a bit of babying. I hope to get back into the swing of things, soon. Thanks for continuing to visit me!!!

I love cats! My two kittens loved my artificial tree... one was always climbing it, the other tried eating it. Great shot, Bookfool!

@Betty: Kittens are like little kids, when it comes to Christmas trees, aren't they? We had a real one, this year. It was set up on a table, so the cat didn't bother it (although the nose was working) till we took it outside. Thank you!

@Judy: I enjoy cats so much, I'm threatening to get kittens. So entertaining. Yes, poor kiddo was a mess. He's finally recovering, but still tired and says the stitches drive him mad.

@Earnest: It was actually still quite soft, but I could visualize her sniffing in some part of the tree that was drying out and coming out like a pincushion. LOL Thanks!

He's adorable I love cats, and you take care of your baby...visit when you can...babies first ;) or toddlers or grown up babies lol

@Lorraine: Thank you, Rainy. That's Miss Spooky, so "she". She's a sweet, floppy old girl. The baby is back in school, today. I hope he stayed awake in class! He hasn't come home, yet, so he must have driven straight to physical therapy (for a shoulder problem). I miss him!!
