I don't sit still for long

You really have to work hard to capture these fellows -- they're very active and bursting with personality. I believe this is a white-cheeked gibbon. It was taken in the China section of the Memphis Zoo. Because I was using a 500mm lens, I was too close to capture one of the most awesome moments as we watched the gibbons playing and eating -- a brief hug this one gave a black gibbon. There were probably 25 people standing around, at that moment, and the entire crowd said, "Awwwww."
