Rusty

This is just one little bit of Mr. Earl's House in Bovina, Mississippi. Mr. Earl used to have a home built from scraps of metal, signs, painted wood and just about anything you can think of. It burned to the ground a couple of years ago and he has since rebuilt. So far, it's mostly scrap metal, but there are some interesting bits and pieces. I'll post a wider view, tomorrow.

Corrugated iron is a vastly underrated building material.

@Richard_Irwin: It's hard to describe -- you'll just have to see the whole thing. Kind of jaw-dropping. It's not as artistic as the previous house, yet, but I have a feeling he'll do more decorating, eventually. :)

@Lorraine: I think it's really quite amazing, Lorraine. Not only did it not stop him, the place is huge and insane. It's amazing what one determined person can do. And, thank you. :)

A photo which frightens me, the light is excellent and shaving, on these sheet steels of metal, the effect of blades of knives is striking for me. Your centring is completed, this window gives an impression whom a person is behind in wait. This red task is stunning... Bravo ;)

@Pixim: La photo n'est pas signifiée pour être effrayante - désolé! Cette marque rougeâtre est se rouillent et très pas méchant. C'est au troisième étage de M. Earl's l'énorme maison, qui est conçue des petits morceaux. Je suis heureux que vous aimiez l'éclairage! La photo de demain montrera une plus large vue de la maison. Merci, Pixim!
