After the painful first attempt that will probably result in cataracts, I snapped this one. Much better.

@Double KK Photography: Thank you!
Very nice! You're right, it's not quite as blinding as yesterday's. :)
Love the colour of the leaf and all the little details!

@bisha: LOL Thanks. Yeah, yesterday's was pretty painful. Someday I may regret that (and all the Hawaiian sunset shots -- got blinded a few times taking those, too). Thank you, Nat. :)
excellent texture and colours and really well controlled light - well done!

@DarkElf: Thank you, DarkElf. Love your name. :)
This one is great too... but as is my usual norm.. ahem... I do actually prefer yesterday's. This one has the great detail but yesterday's had interest and realism that made you feel like you were the one standing there in the sun's rays squinting your eyes and reveling in the joy of autumn. ;-)

@amy: I'd probably prefer the other picture for those reasons, had it not been me saying, "Ouch, ouch, big mistake, ouch." Good points, all. Thanks, Amy. :)
LOL! This one is very nice! ;)
